Good low range, could spin the wheels on my 2lte well, revs up to 5000 no prob, 8" diffs, cruiser transfer case, fits 33"s easily, post 90 have 4 wheel disc brkes...85-90 have drum rears, coils and beam axles all round so nice and comfy, swb hard to find, repower it when the head dies or pick up another one cheap, keep it cool and it will last. 1kzte ones pick of the bunch but $$$$, lighter than a normal 70 as well and has a lot of std 70 parts in it eg interior etc

Ok so your lucky, its not harsh its the truth, they have alot of good things like the running gear (hell I have prado running gear under my zook, its awsome!) But the question the dude was asking is the 2lt ones any good, my opinion is NO, I see way to many of them with blown heads etc and see people pay far to much to fix them, if one came up cheap enough I would even buy it but only to wreck or repower because in my opinion the 2lt's are shit and the 1kz's are a whole lot better.

my 2c

they are a very cheap easy way to get disc brakes and coils front and back. The 92 model had land cruiser rear diff and hilux front (maybe the other way around). But all in all they are a very nice riding vehicle, that can be easily be modified to be very capable.

just the 2lt/2lte can be a bit bad (2lte are slightly better)
toymota thats stock standard.
