Hey.
After a winch for the troll. 8,000-12,000lbs but the bigger the better I guess.
Want a Superwinch or Warn but will consider other brands if the price is right.
Also if anyone localish has a mounting plate for a Y60 laying around I'll nab that as well.

Go for the Runva EWX 12000 (there top of the line copy of superwinch ) 
have had one on the front of my truck for 2 years with no problem

Yeah I was keen to get one but after having a word with a few people I'm not so sure now.
I know sfa about winches other than what people have told me and reviews have been pretty mixed about the Runva's. Didn't Al's destroy itself on the weekend?
The advantage in getting a Runva though is I can afford a spanking new one so I would have a warranty, but then I don't know how difficult it is to prove you weren't operating beyond its means if something does snap/crunch/spontaneously combust.
Out of interest,do you know if the internals are interchangeable with superwinch ones? Always good to know your options when dealers are out of stock.
