80 Series Winch - 12v or 24v?

Might be a stupid question, but looking at a winch for a diesel 80 series, and wondering whether i need a 12 volt or 24 volt winch.?

Am I right in thinking that although the landcruiser has the two batteries, they are still just a 12v system?

80 series have a 24 volt starting system

but are 12 volt everywhere else

so you need to be looking for a 12 volt winch dude
