vzn130 surf v6 3l milky under oil cap

just took the old surf for a run today and after i took it for a run hadnt been used for so long came back and under the oil cap was milky so i cleaned the cap off took it for another run and got back checked it again and nothing ? dip stick oil was sweet no milkyness, radiator has no oil streaks in it so could it be possiable from just sitting round so long ? i know those engines are bad for doing heads but its the last thing i wanna do as my escudos just cracked its block
