I'm assuming it doesn't have the little rubber gromet on the speedo so you can get to the reset button?

Re: KZ90 PRADO ,reseting speedo
The other option is there may be a screw on the back of the instrument cluster itself. Usally have 2 positions, where you simply unscrew from one hole and place screw in the other.
Not too familiar with the Prado models, but this may help?

Re: KZ90 PRADO ,reseting speedo
With the 90 you need to pull out the instrument cluster and there is a screw on the back, screw it in and out again and the t-belt light dissappears, with the earlier models the screw is on the front
70 series prado (KZJ78) and 90 Series Prado (KZJ95)
