they do but you need to replace the input shaft and oil pump with the factory 1uzfe shaft n pump and then get your wiring sorted

which is about 3 wires for a manual auto, driven from the gear select indicator switch on the side of the auto, but you want to use the switch of the lexus auto as the a343f has a couple of outputs missing,

Nose chops are a good option.
Comes with eng, auto, computer, dash etc etc.
You can even turn the key and hear it run.
All you have to do is fit the Transfer case.
Might cost a bit more than just a motor but its all there.
Cheers

I've got a factory Lexus auto that I brought from Wayne at the cartune company in Hamilton, he fitted the surf transfer case on the back and we have wired it to run in manual mode.
I would reccommend ringing cartune and talking to Wayne or Kelvin (07-8479969) as they know all the little tricks and whats easier etc
And all i can say is get some one like Cartune to do any wiring if you are unsure as i had a farkwit

wire up my truck who had apprently wired a few 1uz's before but he made so many fuckup's that all the factory loom and ECU were pulled out and we fitted a link.

Or get a LJ70 series box off a prado.. they bolt up also but only thing is the xfer is offset.. not right for the hilux.. Have a look at lextreme.com and a bloke has converted a ssurf xfer to lexus box and worked a treat.
