Yeah it does look good, pitty it's a 2.4 of 35's. That thing must be way over geared.

My darling likes it to, bonus coz most of the others that I like she doesn't

HAHAHA yeah something like that Skid! But shhh coz maybe this way I can manage to hang on to the 70 as well and have a carpark cruiser

I tried hard to sell her on a 80 but she isn't going for it

Expect a cracked head at some stage with the 2.4, should be a 2lte? cheap to run, redline is 4800 and gutless, broken diffs may be an issue (gazza went thru heaps on his with 37's).

For that coin you can get a decent safari or 80 series.

Way to expensive for what it is, for that money you could get a 3ltr surf and do the same mods and have some to spare, I would never go over 33's with a Ifs front setup unless you like replacing stuff every trip out

I have considered the issue of cracked heads, but that was in my cunning plan. replacing it with something grunty like a 3.8

gearing would be fcked

breaking diff's would be a bummer

Heaps of them on trademe. I paid $8500 for my manual one. Best purchase Ive ever made

I paid 11k for a high(ish) milage manual 80series, goes great even with over 300k on the clock
