I need the gear that fits into the transfer case to drive the PTO Box..

I havent got a spare one but make sure you get the short spacer to go with it

Ahhhh can you install it though the smaller back plate or do you need to split the box at the back....

nah you need to split the case to install it, you dont need any pullers or special tools for it, you drop the bearing off, take the long spacer out and put the short spacer and drive gear on and stick it back together, we did mine while the gearbox was out and stood it vertical to make it easier but you can do it in place.

Do you have to put anything in place of it when it comes out? Ie another bigger spacer or anything?
