Marks Kit for TH700 trans

Im wanting to buy a Marks or similar kit to adapt a th700 holden trans to a 70 series landcruiser transfer case if anyone has anything for sale?? Or possibly a trans that has already been adapted? Cheers

hi there its the right way to go with the marks unit also see about getting the transmission pan as well as this becomes the mounting so the trans is being supported by the pan rather then trying to hang the pan off the rear mounting bolts.
the pan also takes the outer transfur case bolts which were designed to help control the transfurcase torque

just my thoughts on what i have seen and found out

that whole engine/trans setup is probably cheaper than a Marks adaptor kit :mrgreen:

yes but how is the transfur box mounted to the tranmission??

Waiting for more details tomorrow but it sounds like it has a custom made adapter housing not a replacement main shaft in the trans like the marks kit.
