Shocks depend on how much you want to pay.

I fitted EFS elite shocks to the rear, but they aren't cheap.

Scroll down to page 2 (40mm lift)

Most part suppliers will have listings for shocks and springs.
The springs I got a couple of years ago (40-50mm lift, +150kg) have sagged well and truly as the diff now sits only a couple of inches off the bump stops :?
Good luck with a gearbox as they are in high demand due to them shytting out all the time
Here's a listing for a hole 3dr with motor and box
at least it's in the same island.

Cheers,
I keep looking for the loose nut behind the wheel, but I can't find it!!

BnT do 30mm lift ones for $200~, lifts abit more than that due to standard ones sagging, Look at my pics to see the lift.

Ha Ha. If these lift springs I have in there at the mo are too solid and it don't flex too well, i will be fitting my old springs back in. So i will have these nice springs for sale. Just have to wait till I track test it.
