Does this seem a reasonable buy?

Post by doggoneit »

I am looking at putting a turbo on my ln106 2.8 hilux. Does this look like a good buy? Means I would have a second 3L as a spare.

Also can you retrofit retractable rear seatbelts in a 1989 double cab ln106 hilux?

Cheers

I've got retracting rear belts in my YN67, so I dont see why you couldnt. Look like the same external winders that the front seats have. I think one says KP starlet or something on it (in wreckers paint pen) so prob a lot of early toyota front ones will fit as long as they have the strap on the latch end rather than steel cable. Mine had the front bench seat so wouldve had straps so prehaps try front belts from a lux with a front bench seat. Just an idea anyway
