Fitting 15" rims to a GQ

Hi,

I've heard of people running 15" rims on GQ Safari and Patrols. While tinkering in the shed I tried my flatmates 15" x 8" (0 offset) rims onto my GQ but they wouldn't clear the from calipers on the front. Rear was fine and bolted up.

Was wondering if anyone had any experience with fitting 15s to GQs. I was thinking that f I got a bigger -ve offset they may clear but I'm unsure.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Will need to have a negative offset to fit. For 15x8 rims on a Patrol (or any other japanese 4wd with a beam axle for that matter) I suggest you try either -19 or -22 offset rims

Standard 15" 0 offset white steel rim. I believe he brought it off 4WDbits but am unsure. Common as rims.

If it has factory 16's I'm pretty sure the 15's won't go. Same as some Landcruiser, 'cept it's the rear that won't work.
