1kz fuel system issue, any tips much needed

Hey there, I've got a 1994 ilux urf and i ran out of diesel the other day I put more diesel in the tank about 15 liters and i primed the hand pump on top of filter and it wouldn't start so i cracked one of the injectors to get the air lock out and cranked the engine over but nothing came out of the injectors so im guessing there's something going on with the pump? Because I've had the hoses off the filter and I can get diesel to pump out. Any help would be much appreciated could there be something as simple as a fuse? Or lose wires?

you need to crack all four injectors, then get some one to crank the engine until the fuel starts to squirt out. while cranking and fuel squirting out tighten them back up one by one.
