Toyota 3L or 5L wanted

I'm looking at repowering my Prado, so keen to know what's available in the way of replacement engines.
So looking at 3L or 5L (Not 1KZ etc) engines, and will swap over my turbo etc from the 2L-TE, or set up a SC14 supercharger. I think there is still one in the shed here somewhere.
So who has what?
