As above. She's a 1990 with the 3F and open diffs suck!

I have a 4.88 rear e-locker from a 1992 lj71 for sale if thats any good to you?

Hi, I will look into it to see if it will fit and check the ratios.....what type of locker? Where are you located?

Don't think the LJ71 diff will fit the 1990 70 landcruiser... I think that model runs the larger diff heads...Full floater rear axle....
Also the e locker bolt / flange pattern is different to a std diff...

Take a photo of the rear diff hub
Imho i think you have a semi float axle which means that the only real option is a 3 spider ARB air locker.
Good strong units but they have little issues
Or
Replace axle with a full floater unit then you can fit a lsd auto locker maneul locker or what ever you else you can get your hands onto
Second option is by and by the better option
But if your wagon is a dd and a bit of a basher at the same time then a arb is a good choice as well

Mechanical lockers are good value for money. Suzolla sells Sparten lockers.
