Anyone able to identify this tie rod. Fairly sure its Toyota as the vehicle has 40 series running gear. BNT nearly got it right, but the bit I need in 14mm was 12mm. They soon gave up after that since they weren't dealing with the "original vehicle" :|

From that it looks like an 80 series tie rod end but someone would probably have to measure to be sure 8)

I'd go with 60 series. They are a size bigger than 40's and commonly used in a power steering upgrade...

This just for reference for others as I had one in my parts bin..
Off an 80, measurement's are crude as I rounded everything up to the mm.. not sure if left or right as I just unscrewed it from a spare steering arm..

I've got a FJ40 front diff in the garage with tie rod attached.
The rod end seems to be very close to the one in the picture.
Came out of a 1976/77 FJ40.

Solid axle hilux is my pick. Sane as 80 series bit with a M21x1.5 thread.
