Jimny with 15x7 Rims

Hi,

This question has probably been asked over and over again...but :D if I change my stock Jimny rims (15x5.5) for 15x7 with a -15 offset fitted with 215/75 muds (not sure which brand yet), am I likely to have any scrubbing issues?

I currently have a 40mm OME suspension lift, all the rest of the running gear is stock.

Cheers
Andrew

Assuming it is a 1998 on Jimny? 215's will be to narrow for 7'' rims. If you go to 235s you will need at least a 50mm body lift with the suspension lift and some trimming. Jimny's have small wheel arches.

Yup 2012 Jimny, I think I'll stick with my standard rims for a while, I don't want to do a body lift or start cutting guards.

Cheers

Its only plastics that need trimming.
