I know some transfer cases have the PTO drive gear and some dont. The split transfer case on my 70# only has a spacer on the shaft where the drive gear goes
NO he can't have the drive gear out of my spare transfer case

70s Prado's were classed as a light duty cruiser so don't have a PTO Gear in the T/F box, so there was no provison in the floor pan for the PTO lever.some Prado's were fitted with an electric Toyota 12volt winch.
You can use the PTO Gear and spacer from the earlier 70s T/F case.
