70 series Cruiser Balljoint Help

I have a new cruiser
a 1987 swb with 13bt , I have a knock in the front when going over bumps offroad and sometimes when steering on the road where i have to turn the wheel far going slow e.g. U turns.
was under the truck today having a look Im not an expert But the passengerside balljoint seems to have very excessive movement in it when wiggled up and down The otherside doesnt do this they both turn on the ball as they should though.
I spent ALL my $$ on getting this so i need a cheapish fix for now.
anyone know where I could ring to find one , or know what the cost At repco ect It looks to me like the balljoint is joined to the tie rod end and is one piece.. I think thats what its called.
so do yous reacon thats my problem?
and what should i expect to pay if I found at wreckers or trademe
