Credit where credit's due

Post by shortylux »

Just bought some trail gear stuff off ATS/SNR/Jafa.

wednesday; ordered parts(on ore). Jafa confirmed order and supplied bank details.

Thursday; paid money.

Friday morning; Mark (i think) from ATS called and confirmed reciept of payment, said product was dispatched, confirmed all product, confirmed address, said it should arrive monday morning. These guys clearly know waht customer service means.

Monday morning; parts arrive, well packed and all there.

Cheers Guys. Great service.

Arron.

Yep agree,
I've bought about $3500.00 worth of parts from SNR, had parts machined up, and brought parts for family/friends from Jafa and his team.
100% excellent.
