Free spool

I am trying to locate someone that might either build or be able to give me some ideas in building a pneumatic free spool for a Nissan GQ PTO winch. I have just started in the winch challenge arena and see that a good deal of time can be saved by being able to free spool the winch out a bit quicker rather than by "driving it out" . Any assistance would be appreciated.
