starts from cold fine, and runs as normal.
when it gets up to temperature is when the fun begins........
sit at idle for about 30-60 seconds and a very intermittant mis-fire begins, the longer its left idling, the worse the mis-fire gets. it is worse when idling in 'drive'.
i disconnected to the plugs to the cylinder coil packs one by one and found cylinder 3 made no difference.
i swapped the coil pack to cylinder 1 and checked spark plugs etc, all fine. i gave it a run and it was perfect...............
for about 15 minutes.
now, swapping the coil packs etc etc makes no difference as i cant seem to narrow it down to any one cylinder. no.3 cylinder seems to be fine now, and so does no.1!!!!!!
disconnecting to coil pack plugs has the same effect on any cylinder, the rpm drops slightly, but the mis-fire is still present.
i see the injectors have plugs to them which i assume are solenoids to open/close the injectors, but i dont want to start pulling too much apart incase this is a common thing and its a 2 minute fix............
by the way, i washed the car last week then didnt run it until today, and this problem started almost straight away.

ANY IDEAS.......PLEASE!!!!!!!
