Just in the designing stage for my bull bar/winch bar. Have designed the bar just in the process of designing mounts. Its going to have a removable winch . BUT IS 3 X MI2 BOLTS THROUGH THE CHASSIS WITH CRUSH TUBES EACH SIDE ENOUGH
I think the M12 bolts will be OK. I would suggest using quite big Washers so that the bolts don't pull though the MDF. Don't forget to paint well so that the steel surefast screws don't rust.
As always, post pic's please. I'm always looking for better ideas for the 'zuks. Particularly as I think you have the 2.0L, and i've just got one and am keen to get started on it.

Hi Ineil, soon as i get this bar finished i will take some pics. Going to start marking out sheet this morning and hopefully get it cut out so i can have it folded next week. Then gotta twist mikeh arm above to do the welding on it should be easy as hes a mitsi owner so it want be long before he needs a tow
You might have to leave the customwood one on if you give him too much grief bigbear, It's starting to rain alot more now it wont last too much longer.
