My Name is Max I live in Anchorage, Ak. I was born and raised here. I love to go off roading, Mud slinging is fun but I prefer to explore & make sure that I leave the area nice for the next person. Off Roaders already take a lot flack about hurting mother nature. I own 3 Daihatsu Rockys ( I was trying to own them all here in AK. HAHAHAHA) 1 is a stock Daily driver, the other is my 4X4 that is taking me longer to build than I like the last one definatly is the least & I hope to sell it soon. I used to have a 4th but I took everything I could off it the sent it for Scrap. ( It was very hard to do
) After seeing people who have put toyota V6's in theirs I am wanting to do it too. But I have already started down a path & my pockets are not endless. I dont want it to be a monster truck HAHA. I was thinking 31'' tires with agressive tread I have done a 2'' body lift & some day I would like to swap the axle from over to under then get a live front axle. ( That will probably happen when I get a new Engine ?) As far as the rig I LOVE it!!!!! Just because it is stock doesnt mean I havent taken it out & worked it hard. I am very Impressed with the Vehicle, Not my Tires HAHA. I am slow at getting my work done (Money problems again) So it might be a while before I can tell you all about what I have done & how it worked for me. I will check back here often so lets Yak about our rigs
