Rear seat belt for Toyota Surf (Chch)

Hi there
can anyone tell me where in Christchurch I can purchase rear seat belts for Toyota Surfs (1994)? just the belt that is on a spool. Second hand preferably, but will consider new. What kind of prices might I expect? I assume I can simply add it on to the spool?

My Surf failed the Wof cos the seat belts got jammed in the catch when putting the seats back upright..grrr.
