Tightened a front wheel bearing and took hub off to remove stone guard, Look at it and thought I'd improve it :D

Gave it a trim and put it back on so the seal still gets a bit of protection from tussocks wrapping around it :)

managed to empty 70% of our house into our storage unit today, then while we having a break i decided to play a wee trick on the missus and 'borrowed' my boss's brand new hilux and parked it in the driveway  I think its lucky our neighbours are used to us, cos there was a lot of swearing when she thought i had just ticked up 60k of hilux 5 weeks before we move to oz...
but jeez, those new 'luxs go all right though...

Drove through a big puddle ( about waist deep ) in the cruiser. Got home gave it a wash and realised the puddle had eaten my front license plate. Went back with the garden rake but no joy :( . Will have to wait for the sun to come out and dry the bugger up.
Nothings a problem if you don't give a f#ck.

Well I was prompted by a message from PR that asked if I had moved too Ausi, cos he hadn't heard from us in so long.
I told him we were still here, and alive :D
Which prompted me to go out and start the 89 Isuzu (now designated play vehicle) for the first time in about 2 months, and get some photos of the new one with it as well.

And the whole thread on the story of why I have been absent, and whats new is HERE

FINALLY, I have added a G-Wagen to the fleet. Had to part with my Pajero's but hey! Worth the sacrifice!

Short wheelbase 3 door. 5 cylinder 3 litre diesel fire breather ;), 5 speed manual. Unfortunately, unlike Merc's G, this one doesn't have heated seats, but standard G full lockers right through. New wheels and tyres on their way! Woohoo!

If you're keen:

I've been for a drive in this one and it's an absolute honey but it was a bit out of my price range. The owner is real fussy with it. It's already set up on 33s on 15" rims and it's got the genuine Merc winch. And if you're not keen on the 5 litre V8, Steve would be happy to repower it for you.

..........perhaps with a 6.3! :D :D

If I could afford it, and I cant, I would certainly repower it, using my korean motor instead!!!
