Also heading into Paradise near Glenorchy is nice but also a easy drive (2wd) - just a real nice area.
Sold my 1985, BJ74 MWB Landcruiser, rear locker, 33" MTs, snorkel, PTO winch, solid bars all round, spotties, AM CB etc.
Now just a 1994, 1kz Surf, pretty standard.

Macetown and Skippers are the main local tracks. There are other further afield, such as the Nevis Road. I am about 20/21/22 if you want to have a look around. 0274 915 223.

Comes out near Clyde, but I'm sure it links up to tracks to Bannockburn at some stage.

It sort of lasted Zukfest. Not only did I lose the tow hook in Bullendale, but cracked the front diff housing as well - they found it when fitting a new hook. So went to Zukfest with some kneadit holding the diff oil in ... which reminds me, I still need to do something about that. But main problem was that the clutch gave up the ghost on the way home - just past Hokitika.

So two trips up the coast in as many weekends.

Then I put it in a new hole at the club grounds (and didn't get out) - silty water all through the carpets. Have cleaned it out and it looks immaculate, haven't been out since.

Needs more height, plain and simple. Making some plans, but will get by Christmas first. A lo of the Zukfest guys swore by Calmini - but a guy on here swears at calmini. Might be the difference between 3 and 5 door though?

Back into Bullendale in Feb - club trip.
