Wheel spacers

Post by Henry »

Hi

Wheel Spacers. I was looking at putting some 25 mm wheel spacers to stop my mud tyres rubbing on my BJ73.
I know i will need to get them certified.

Is there anything else I need to watch out for? Any Brands better than others?

Thanks

As long as the wheel spacers you get are from a reputable supplier you should be able to get them certified.

I used 30mm Prospacers that came from Scorpion UK via MLR. had everything supplied including addition set of wheels nuts to suit and had been tested in europe/uk. They had ones for Land Rover as well as Toyota and Mitsubishi from memory.

why dont you get your rims reversed and alter the wheel track width that way you can take the white wrangles out to approx flush with the rear of the rim which is about 100mm more per side. ofcourse you dont have to go that far but it is possible
