Hey all. Wondering if anybody has, or knows anywhere there is a cheapish (good running) VG30... 3L petrol V6 for an early 90's terrano for sale in Christchurch? Have qty 1 sick truck needing a new donk. Cheers, Rhys

Maxima has the same motor apparantly if this helps, if you can find one cheap....

yep find one out of a maxima alot cheaper. just note that the maxima is fwd configuration so you may have to swap accesories e.t.c

should be easy to find one you can buy an old maxima for about 800bux in good nick

Yeah it will cost a bit to ship down here, but cheers anyway. Have found a wrecking terrano but dunno engine condition. Never done engine transplant before (have mates that have) so will be a good learning curve :mrgreen:

Right, so got the truck back from the coast... Found an engine with lowish k's... Has anybody done a VG30 straight engine swap before?
