new to ORE

hi to everyone out there iam new to ORE and find your topics quite helpful, im a newbie to 4wding an hav an 89 paj lwb and have got just enough knowledge and gear to get me in trouble.so was hoping to get some answers from you all in regards to mounting a towhook on the paj. i hav apicture of my problem but am unsure where to go to upload?

thanks for that.not very computer friendly..in dunedin at the moment, hopefully this works(pic) i have my winch mounted in a tray it has 12mm bottom with 10mm sides and has 8bolts holding the tray to chassis was wondering if i could take out the litle peice on the right and mount to tray on bottom plate.
