Aisin AI 1000 winch

Does anybody have an expoloded drawing of one of these winches as i need a couple of parts from japan but dont know any part numbers to request any help would be greatly appreciated as want to get this thing working before the Northland winch challenge . cheers Scott

Would be interested to know if you do manage to buy some parts, as we need an input shaft for a high mount aisin winch.

Edit: just noticed the pic you posted wjw is the PTO, but the electric is on that site as well...

I just took the part number to Toyota when I broke the input shaft on my Toyota low mount. They just looked it up and said it'll be here tommorrow. It will take a bit longer if they have to get it from Japan. Worth a try.

I've had a few bits from Japan and its usually about 2 weeks to land it here :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

just a tip for toyota
if you order from japan and get them sea frieght .. it halfs the retail cost ......
if your man wont do that for you ring brent in parts at waikato toyota and tell him wayne sent you
