Solid axle surf

I have a 84 solid axle surf with only 2 owners. here that has NOT been used for offroading, it has been a company work wagon that has been been well looked after.The big bonus is that the 2.4 motor has been removed and replaced with a 3L. Im trying to get an indication of its worth as Im going to load it up on trade me tommorow. sunroof, very straight, no rust. Cheers Tony
