which to choose?

Hi there, Im looking to buy my first 4wd, probably going to be my daily driver too, Im planning on a few mods to start with, sus' lift , 33's etc.

Im am having a bit of a hard time actually deciding what to get, I quite like the idea of a mid 90s Pajero, or challenger (both diesel turbo).

My question is are they basically the same under all the cosmetic stuff, or is there a advantage with either one.

Also I cant come down to manual or auto, I like the idea of doing a bit extra controlling with the manual but realise a auto turbo diesel prob' goes better , again is there a advantage either way.

Late 93. Usually if it a 93 its 4D56 (2.5) and 94 is 4M40 (2.
