Great photography!
I have done a couple of laps in NZ's only CORR style race truck, Andrew Thomason's. He was NZ1 2 years ago and also maintains last years NZ1 as well.
6 hundy ponys via a cast iron TRD v8 can only be described as exhilarating!
The rear shocks are about 5 ft long and have three differing stiffness's of springs on them.
The gearbox is under the passengers legs which means your feet are up at windscreen level.

Andrews truck is some machine.Top truck in this part of the world . Andrew was brought up as my next door neighbour and his parents are still there so he brings the offroader to Nelson regulary for the off road racing.

Andrew is a friend and mechanic for Rod Millan on the desert runs and the race for the sky.

Cheers Richard
