Getting some new rims in on monday 15 x 8 what is the size you guys are drilling the valve stem holes for h/d tubes??

16mm, if poss weld up the origional 12mm holes and drill the new holes further back inside the rim so the valve stems not sticking out where it can get ripped off by tree roots and stuff. You'll only need to enlargen the holes to 16mm if your putting tractor tubes with dump valves in

If your going to weld the old holes place a copper flat bar against the hole , spray with antysplatter then weld.

Awesome fellas,,,,, not putting in tractor tubes at the mo just std h/d ones ,so i guess just drill the holes slightly larger than the valve stem??

you shouldn't need to drill if using standard tubes
will fit in same hole
any good tyre shop should know this
