I am looking into getting a radio and am wanting to know what the best transmission frequency to get.
what is the most common for 4x4s/clubs/comps?

CB(AM) or UHF or maybe UHF/VHF combo?

Here is a good start ... Clearing up the confusion on radios....
There is no mechanical problem so difficult that it cannot be solved by brute strength and ignorance.

Yeah sorry have not gotten around to playing with search. :oops: will def do it in future.
But looks like I will be buying an UHF when I fly through HK should be able to get a good model nice and cheep.
