Wanted, suzuki Vitara Chassis

I have found out that I now need to replace my chassis due to a 2.5 tonne cruiser trying to pull me side ways off a tree stump and instead pulling it up the hill.

So if anybody has a 3 door chassis that is in good condition it would good to know how much. My Suzuki is a 93, so that general year.
