Cherokee XJ. What do I need?

Hi there. I'm thinking of getting this Cherokee off TradeMe.
I heard these are pretty good offroad, but better if they have a 3 inch lift and 31" rubber.

I want something capable offroad (nothing extreme), but will also be using it for everyday use (offroad rubbers on a spare set of rims).

Would something like this be what I need?

Will a 3 inch lift, new suspenion and 31" rubbers do the trick?
