Front Bar tube

Hey peoples, its been a long time since Ive posted here, but hey, Im still alive and kicking! JUST!!

Its come time to build a front bar for my truck (96 Safari SWB) and I want to know what size round tubing people have used/recomend.

At this stage Im not looking at making a full bar, more of just a bumper replacement, I am looking at leaving my nudge bar on, but that may change.

Also if anyone has any pics of bumper replacement bars, feel free to link/post.
