Trays vs Trailer

Post by dazza85 »

I have often thought that something like these would be great for carrying ya mud tyers etc when going to an out of town run ...

and I thought that it would be great for carring a trail bike to hide at one end of a tramp to save taking an extra vehicle up to the bush and is easier to secure than a trailer

Has anybody used anything like this ?

Thoughts ??
There is no mechanical problem so difficult that it cannot be solved by brute strength and ignorance.

Would this handle a full set of mud tyres though? Would be putting a bit of weight on the tow bar too?

Hi, the one on $1 res is only the 100kg unit, we do 200kg units that will handle muds no problem and don't cost any more either. Not all tow bars are built the same!!! but if you have the receiver type then more than likely it will take the weight of wheels & tyres. 150kg down load is standard for most tow bars ;)
