I'm planning a complete over haul of the rangie starting with a ute conversion,2 inch body lift and a scorpion extreme suspenion system from england. The master piece will be the engine. I'm hoping to modify the leyand p76 which is already a 5ltr to a 6 ltr. This should obtainable by using a buick 300 crank and rover 3.9 sleaves and pistons. All that is left is to work out what components fit what and what will withstand the power. This will all start when I move to Perth for my new manager posostion with O'breins and the wife gets her new job. I'll post more info as I do my research

Nice project. Keep us posted. You look to be doing everything I want to do. Photos on progress are always liked round here.....

The project wont start for about two months as I'm still doing reseach and working out what needs to be done first. I've learnt that it pays to work out what your doing before you get started with the gas axe.
