Canterbury, Easter Weekend, Family Shiny Trip

Post by Lost Jimny »

I am looking for ideas and people to join up for a shiny trip in Canterbury over Easter weekend.
Usually this weekend of the year is reserved for 4 days of rabbit shooting  but because now we have a wee one (mainly because of the $$$) we cant go. I was thinking of doing a family friendly shiny trip and picnic.
I was wondering if any body had any ideas on where we could go?
It needs to be a shiny because i currently have no recovery point on the front because the Jimny was attacked by a flying mattress . I still have my recovery point in the back. Other that it standard with some good AT's.
I suggested Loch Katrine to the wife but she just went  .
I am also keen for other people to join up.

So i need:
Where to?
A date?
And who wants to come along?

Did you used to do the Easter bunny shoot in Alexandra?

Tires are like boobs, they always look big until you have played with them for a while, then you just want a bigger set.

Yeah i've done that a few times. Good fun. We now go to a farm my mate has access to down there. Has pigs and goats as well plus we can stay for the whole weekend. 8)
Cant go this year. :( So might as well go 4 wheeling instead.
