wanted leaf spring surf (wide) diff housing chch

Hi guys,

I'm after a surf leaf sprung wide axle diff housing as complete as possible but less the diff head. To go onto my hilux project

Preferably in chch but I could pick one up from Queenstown if before Friday this week.

I have a coil spring surf rear end I could trade but it would be a month before I could get that one to Chch (currently in Queenstown). Or if anyone is interested in the standard hilux one off the truck that will be up for sale too - has leaking axle seals

Oh and seems this is the first mention of the project thought I would note that I will be starting a build thread once works starts on in the next few weeks.

sneak peek at the plan so far

ln106 hilux
rebuild the 5l I have sitting in the work shop
pull the turbo off the 2.4 surf that is in the garage
join them together, pull out the 2.8 and drop turboed 5l in.
ifs hubs off the surf onto the front of lux
wide axle on the rear - maybe disk brakes
33s - I will be doing over 500k on the road most weeks so will stick to 33s
ruf and cross over steer when the some more money comes
something to level out the back - maybe coons
cert to keep it leagal
then when even more money comes throw the lsd in the front and a lokka in the rear, winch and some bar work.

Sounds like a mint project interested to see how it go's bet it will be a bit delayed now eh.
