ELECTRONIC SPEEDO

Post by skux »

I have a ford courier 02 model with electronic speedo.

It has recently stopped working, I have had it looked at and the circut board has had it (common fault).

I have another one i have brought but the ks dont match my ute.

How do i go about this?

Thanks

you simply install the new speedo and inform the LTSA that it has been changed due to a fault. if it is a diesel they will issue with new mileage starting from the new reading.

if it is a petrol, it is of no consequence to the LTSA.

or pull the pin out of the drive cogs on the back of the speedo, match it to your existing one and slide the pins back in.
