rear slide window runners rusted bad

a picture says a thousand words;

Any idea of how to fix this? I guess cut the rusty runners out and replace with... something? Anyone else done this before? What'd ya use?

Replaced similar rust years ago on a series 3 and new window channels were available from any Landrover parts supplier, would think they would still be available
