For Sale: 1988 Toyota Surf

As I have recently bought a Mu for an everyday commuter the loyal old Surf is reluctantly for sale.
1988, IFS, 3Y engine(2l petrol) with 220,000ks mint engine, not using oil or water, very clean burning, very quiet and smooth. Auto box with overdrive in good nick, smooth changes.
Has not been used off road, mint underneath, no scrapes, scratches bashes, or rust. Small dent in front guard and rear bumper pushed in a bit at one end. Otherwise pretty much mint.
Brand new Firestone RV tyres and wheel alignment and is in for a warrant today so should be sold with full 6 months, has a couple of months of rego left.

We paid around $2600 for it 6 months ago with crap tyres and spent over 600 on the new set and the alignment so I'm looking for offers around the high 2ks. Will be listed on Trademe soon once I find out the result of the warrant so photos are forthcoming.

It's in Christchurch ish, sitting at home near Sheffield/Darfield at the moment but I can bring into town if necessary.

Christchurch is a little far for me to go for a toyota, if it was a nissan then maybe.

As you can see from another of my posts the warrant man didn't tell me exactly what i wanted to hear today

. A small rust patch, surface only, near the base of the windscreen pillar was the only point but he wants it fixed.
I'm on the lookout for someone to do it so I can sell with a full warrant but am still open to offers as the warrant has 2 months to run yet.

Take the price of the repair off the asking price, make an offer if you're interested.

Also be interested if someone can do the repair for me for a reasonable price and to a standard the warrant guy will be happy with.
