SAS Surf or LC Prado???

Post by micahb »

Ive got a 95 kzn130 surf. its daily driven, the dilemma is, do i sas it, or trade it for a LC Prado with a solid front end?
Ive got pretty much all the parts i need to do the conversion, and will be doing it myself, but then wont have a car to drive while it happens, it just seems easier to get a Prado, as its already got the same front end standard. they seem decent cars, plenty people have them.

what are your guys thoughts? Prado worth it? or suck it up and sas the surf? any experience form people with a prado would be sweet. cheers guys.
Micah.

Because its your daily driver, get a the LC. You obviously need nice road manners.

If it was your weekend toy, I would say go for the surf. Much lighter than the Prado, and you could deal with quirky handling.

Or buy a $500 bomb to run to work in for a month or two, and get busy on the SAS!!!
