looks to be okay. Depends what your intended use is. how well sealed it is would be my main concern
Fyi i run a runva 12000lb and can't fault it. Got it for 850 at the door with synthetic rope.

Fitted it with 50mm power cable and its had some serious work. not once run outa grunt or got hot even after repeated pulls

not an overly big motor and it will be a very slow winch

get what you pays for thu at a guess and there seems to be every chinaman and his monkey bringing in winches now.mind you the prices have fullin thru the floor because of it

i would not like to be a Warn or Superwinch importer at the moment. they would be drying their eyes with all the hundred dollar bills that they extracted off us all in the years gone by

back to topic there are now bigger and faster winches coming in than that particular model so worth continue looking

just my thoughts
