Terrano rear window switch

Hi my rear window that can be unlocked from the cabin no longer unlocks are there any known issues with this system, It was handy to be able to acces the cargo bay without having to open the hatch particularly for the wife. cheers

The switches stuff out. If not that, then there is a micro switch inside the tailgate that only lets the glass release when the wiper is fully parked and out of the way. All of this is controlled by a black box stowed behind the plastic moulding on the left below the rear window behind the rear door. Mine didn't work either, as well as the rear wiper. Powered the wiper from a small battery and it parked. hey, presto the glass release started working.
