testing tyre size

Afternoon

Looking at getting new tyres for my Surf but wanting to confirm off set and size. So my question does anyone have a set of 285/75r16s muds on rims with a -19mm off set? From my understanding that is the standard landcruiser off set?

Would like to catch up and fit them on my truck turn the wheels and look where/if rubbing will happen, no driving anywhere or anything just jack up put on see what happens really. Happy to do all the work ive got a 3t trolly jack so shouldnt take more than 30min.

In Chch/Rangiora so anywhere in Canterbury would be good.
